Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or staffing preferred.
• Experience with metrics or KPIs in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and place candidates across multiple functions.
• Conduct talent calls, interviews, onboarding, and orientations.
• Complete pre-employment processes including background checks and I-9s.
• Manage temporary associates and address performance issues.
• Partner with clients by marketing candidates and updating recruiting activity.
• Maintain ATS/CRM documentation and assist with payroll updates.
