Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support transportation operations. This role will manage the full recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
• High-volume or transportation recruiting experience preferred.
• Baltimore-area recruiting experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP or HR certification is a plus.
