PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Recruiter who will quickly assess candidates' skills and match them to the right roles so new hires hit the ground running on day one, supporting business growth. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates across industries, conducting talent calls and interviews, completing pre-employment due diligence, and maintaining payroll and time-entry records.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in sales or service roles.
• 3+ years in an office environment.
• Experience with KPIs or performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates for multiple industries and maintain an active pool of skilled candidates.
• Conduct talent calls, interviews, and interview preps.
• Complete pre-employment due diligence including I-9s, W-4s, and background checks.
• Create and update payroll records and job assignment information.
• Manage temporary associates on assignments and handle staffing emergencies.
• Communicate daily updates to client managers about job searches.
• Post job advertisements on CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other PS sites.
• Tour client locations to understand positions and client needs.
• Attend daily team staff meetings.

As a Recruiter, you are a pivotal member of the PeopleShare organization. Your work will have a direct and major impact on the business. The Recruiter will work to quickly assess candidates' skill set and match each candidate to the perfect job so that they can hit the ground running on day 1!

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for multiple industries and maintain an active pool of skilled candidates
• Conduct talent calls, interviews, interview preps and orientations
• Complete all pre-employment due diligence including employment applications, background and drug testing, I9s, W4s and other as required
• Create and update payroll records, pay rates, job assignment information and electronic time entry credentials
• Manage temporary associates on assignments. Handle staffing emergencies, job coaching and terminations
• Skill market job seekers to clients and local companies
• Document and maintain all candidate and client information in company database timely and accurately
• Effectively communicate with client managers / points of contact with daily updates on job searches
• Ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating processes
• Post job advertisements on CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn and other PS social media sites
• Tour client locations to fully understand positions and client needs
• Attend daily team staff meetings

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience is a plus
• 5+ years of experience working in a sales or service-oriented position
• 3+ years of experience working in an office environment
• Experience working in a position with performance goals and KPIs

Required Skills

• Excellent computer skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Experience working within a CRM or ATS a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot as the needs of the business change
