PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Recruiter who will quickly assess candidates' skills and match them to the right roles so new hires hit the ground running on day one, supporting business growth. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates across industries, conducting talent calls and interviews, completing pre-employment due diligence, and maintaining payroll and time-entry records.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales or service roles.
3+ years in an office environment.
Experience with KPIs or performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Source candidates for multiple industries and maintain an active pool of skilled candidates.
Conduct talent calls, interviews, and interview preps.
Complete pre-employment due diligence including I-9s, W-4s, and background checks.
Create and update payroll records and job assignment information.
Manage temporary associates on assignments and handle staffing emergencies.
Communicate daily updates to client managers about job searches.
Post job advertisements on CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other PS sites.
Tour client locations to understand positions and client needs.
Attend daily team staff meetings.
