Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Recruiter to quickly assess candidates’ skills and match them to the right role so they can hit the ground running on day one. The recruiter will source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage pre-employment screening to ensure smooth staffing for client needs.

The role involves engaging with client managers, posting job ads, coordinating with payroll and onboarding, and maintaining accurate candidate data in the company system.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience is a plus
• Experience in sales or service-oriented roles
• Experience in an office environment
• Experience with performance goals and KPIs
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Word
• CRM or ATS experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for multiple industries and maintain an active pool of skilled candidates
• Conduct talent calls, interviews, interview preps and orientations
• Complete pre-employment due diligence including applications, background checks, I-9s and other requirements
• Document and maintain candidate and client information in the company database
• Communicate with client managers with daily updates on job searches
• Post job advertisements on CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn and other PS sites
• Tour client locations to understand positions and client needs
• Attend daily team staff meetings
• Manage temporary associates on assignments and handle staffing emergencies
• Provide job market insights to clients and candidates
• Support payroll records and job assignment information as needed
• Ensure adherence to standard operating processes
