Job summary

The Market Social is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to identify, engage, and guide candidates through the hiring process for our expanding client portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in recruiting, HR, and talent acquisition in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

No recruiting experience? We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. Hybrid work schedule after two weeks of in-office training is available.

Qualifications

  • 0–5 years of professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and web-based software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Reliable, dependable, and committed to meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and connect with prospective candidates through inbound and outbound communication.
  • Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for a variety of open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate Zoom and in-person interviews.
  • Guide candidates throughout the hiring process while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Create and manage recruiting advertisements across multiple online job boards.
  • Generate recruiting reports and provide regular hiring updates.
  • Research client companies and positions to confidently answer candidate questions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules for multiple hiring managers and clients.
  • Follow up with candidates to maintain engagement and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Meet individual and team recruiting goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve recruiting strategies and hiring efficiency.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

  • 0–5 years of professional experience.
  • Previous customer service, sales, recruiting, hospitality, marketing, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.

  • Comfortable learning new technology and web-based software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
