Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing in New Castle, DE is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build relationships with job seekers, collaborate with sales managers to define hiring criteria, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support the interview process.

You will coordinate pre-employment screenings, assist with offers, and help identify active talent and sales leads in a fast-paced, field-enabled environment with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market.
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Screen resumes and applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Assist with the interview process, conducting interviews with managers and directors.
• Coordinate the offer process, salary ranges, and start dates with HR and hiring managers.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and background checks.
• Identify active job seekers and potential sales leads across multiple channels.

Job Description

• Responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Screen resumes, applications and select qualified candidates
• Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, and directors
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Coordinating preemployment screenings, distributing background checks, and administrative work before the client starts
• Identifying active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards, client referrals, & previous contractors
• Identifying potential sales leads

Projected Earnings

• Year 1: 45k-55k
• Year 2: 50k-75k
• Year 3: 70k-100k
