Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Westerville, OH. The role centers on screening resumes, building relationships with local job seekers, and partnering with managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Success comes from presenting qualified candidates to the sales team and coordinating interviews and offers. You will collaborate with HR during the offer process to determine salary ranges and start dates, while maintaining a strong focus on organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings via calls and emails.
• Build relationships with local job seekers and candidates.
• Collaborate with sales managers to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Present qualified candidates to the sales team.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Assist with offers by coordinating salary ranges, start dates and other details.

Job Description

• Select qualified candidates through screening resumes, cold calling, and sending emails
• Build relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Present qualified candidates to the sales team for our clients
• Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process to identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details to customers

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

Projected Earnings:
Year 1: 45k-55k
Year 2: 50k-75k
Year 3: 70k-100k
