Job summary

The Advance Group Staffing is seeking a Recruiter in Michigan to support talent acquisition by identifying, engaging, and managing a diverse candidate pipeline, ensuring a professional experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, maintain an ATS, coordinate interviews, and participate in on-call rotation while delivering timely updates to applicants.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or professional service-oriented role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable utilizing recruitment software & ATS platforms.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation to attend off-site meetings and client visits.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidates using a variety of recruitment tools.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity and seamless candidate transitions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and understand specific team needs.
  • Manage the interview scheduling process and facilitate communication between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Provide timely, respectful updates to all applicants to maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
