Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing in Bala Cynwyd, PA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build relationships with job seekers, collaborate on job descriptions, screen candidates, and manage the interview and offer processes. The role is in-person, five days a week, with uncapped earning potential.

You will coordinate pre-employment screenings, manage background checks, and help identify sales leads while supporting the hiring managers and HR staff throughout the process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market.

• Assist with interviews and participate with managers/directors.
• Support offer process with salary ranges and start dates.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and background checks.
• Identify active job seekers across boards, referrals, and contractors.
• Identify potential sales leads.

Position: Technical Recruiter

Reports To: Branch Manager / Recruiting Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Screen resumes, applications and select qualified candidates
• Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, and directors
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Coordinating preemployment screenings, distributing background checks, and administrative work before the client starts
• Identifying active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards, client referrals, & previous contractors
• Identifying potential sales leads

Projected Earnings:

• Year 1: 45k-55k
• Year 2: 50k-75k
• Year 3: 70k-100k
