Job summary

Synerfac is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This in-person role involves building relationships with job seekers, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews and offers.

Salary ranges from $40,000 to $55,000 with base pay, uncapped earning potential, incentives, and benefits. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-site working location and local commute required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing job seekers locally.
• Draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria with sales managers.
• Screen resumes and applications to select qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews; prepare interview questions.
• Assist with the interview process alongside managers and directors.
• Coordinate offer process including salary ranges and start dates.
• Coordinate preemployment screenings and background checks.
• Identify active job seekers across boards, referrals, and contractors.
• Identify potential sales leads.

• Responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Screen resumes, applications and select qualified candidates
• Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, and directors
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Coordinating preemployment screenings, distributing background checks, and administrative work before the client starts
• Identifying active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards, client referrals, & previous contractors
• Identifying potential sales leads

• Year 1: 45k-55k
• Year 2: 50k-75k
• Year 3: 70k-100k
