Job summary

XPG Recruit in Tulsa is seeking an entry-level Recruiter who will identify and engage candidates, build relationships, and present staffing solutions. You’ll work with sales and operations to place candidates successfully and grow your own book of business.

The role emphasizes training, mentoring, and a results-driven culture with opportunities to advance as you prove your skills in a fast-growing staffing team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant or transferable professional experience.
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
• Staffing industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new candidates through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other business development strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing candidates.
• Present staffing solutions tailored to each candidate’s needs.
• Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure exceptional service and successful placements.
• Conduct regular candidate follow-ups and meetings to strengthen relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and information within the company’s CRM.
• Meet or exceed individual activity and revenue goals.
• Stay informed on local labor-market conditions, industry trends, and competitive activity.

LOCATION: ON-SITE in Tulsa – start and end each day in the branch
