Job summary

The Advance Group Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition needs in Toledo, OH. You will identify and engage candidates, manage the ATS, and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and team needs.

You will coordinate interview scheduling, communicate with applicants, and participate in an on-call rotation as part of a high-performing recruiting team committed to professional growth and excellent candidate experiences.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or professional service-oriented role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable utilizing recruitment software & ATS platforms.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation to attend off-site meetings and client visits.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidates for various roles using recruitment tools.
  • Maintain and update the ATS to ensure data integrity and candidate transitions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and team needs.

Key Responsibilities
