Recruiter/Onsite/85255/Contract

For the two recruiter openings:

• Four days per week onsite was explicitly required.
• Scottsdale, AZ
• 6- month contract, but they reiterated today that it could easily convert
  Experience 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong corporate recruiting background. Corporate vs. agency Corporate experience is the priority. Some agency experience is welcome for the urgency it can bring, but agency experience alone does not meet the profile they described. Education Bachelor’s degree required, confirmed in response to your question. No specific major was established. Workload Approximately 25 active requisitions per recruiter, with fluctuations. Recruiting scope A mix of niche searches, higher-level positions, and repetitive or higher-volume hiring across corporate functions. Functions Finance/accounting, HR, legal, operations, sales, marketing, customer/client service, and technology. Technical experience Ideally, one hire brings current technical recruiting knowledge and a real interest in that area, while remaining willing to recruit across other functions. Executive search Not required. Experience through director level is acceptable; executive searches are generally handled by leadership. Systems ATS experience expected. Workday Recruiting is a strong plus, not a requirement; training will be provided. Sourcing tools LinkedIn, Indeed, and the internal ATS. No particular sourcing platform was prioritized.
