Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong corporate recruiting background.
• Corporate experience is the priority; agency experience is welcome but not sufficient alone.
• Bachelor’s degree required; no specific major specified.

Responsibilities

• Recruit across finance/accounting, HR, legal, operations, sales, marketing, customer/client service, and technology.
• Handle a mix of niche searches, higher-level roles, and high-volume hiring.
• Work with internal stakeholders to time and quality fit candidates for business needs.
