Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking two Talent Acquisition Specialists for contract-to-hire roles to support a high-volume environment with 300+ open requisitions. You will own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer, sourcing candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms, and building a proactive talent pipeline.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and collaboration with hiring managers to meet timelines across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS.

We are seeking two Talent Acquisition Specialists to join the recruiting team on a contract-to-hire basis. These positions are dedicated exclusively to full-cycle recruiting and will support a high-volume hiring environment with more than 300 open requisitions at any given time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from intake through offer stage.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Maintain a proactive pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Manage a high-volume requisition workload while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members and business stakeholders to meet hiring goals and timelines.
• Support recruiting efforts across multiple business functions and organizational levels.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume setting.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed as primary sourcing tools.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting both professional and leadership-level searches.
• Experience with Taleo and/or Oracle Recruiting Cloud is highly desirable.
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographic markets.
