Job summary

Lawyers for Justice, P.C. is seeking an experienced Recruiter in Glendale to own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer. You will source via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with ATS systems. You will collaborate with firm leadership to build a diverse, high-quality candidate pipeline and deliver timely,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (PinPoint).
  • Provide a responsive, professional candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Track and report on requisition status, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Support employer branding efforts and help build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Assist with additional recruiting and HR administrative tasks as needed.

Location: Glendale

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 / hour

The Recruiter will manage the day-to-day recruiting operations for the firm, ensuring a fast, organized, and high-quality experience for every candidate from first contact through offer. This individual will play a key role in sourcing top talent, managing a full pipeline of open requisitions, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date candidate records. In this role you will work closely with hiring managers and firm leadership to understand hiring needs, follow established recruiting processes, and help build a strong, reliable pipeline of qualified candidates.
