Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a 12-month contract in Goodyear, AZ. This hybrid role requires in-office work 2 days per week and partners with business leaders to deliver proactive talent strategies and an exceptional candidate experience.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles, build pipelines, and use data to influence hiring decisions. Strong collaboration and sourcing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or hybrid environments.
• Experience sourcing passive talent with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and talent intelligence tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Strong consultative, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and market data to influence hiring strategies.
• Preferred experience recruiting for engineering, technology, manufacturing, or industrial roles.
• Hybrid work arrangement with in-office 2X per week.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a strategic partner responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to deliver proactive talent strategies, provide market insights, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Location: New Plant - Goodyear, AZ will be the office site

Hybrid- must work in office 2X a week

Contract: 12 Months (strong potential for extension/ conversion)
