Job summary

Open Systems Technologies in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring process across multiple labor categories. The role is hybrid with four days onsite at locations including Atlanta, Scottsdale, Omaha, or St.

Pete, and offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $40-$45. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of recruiting experience, expertise in talent sourcing and recruitment marketing, and the ability to manage high volumes while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle corporate and/or agency recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for complex and specialized positions
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions across multiple business functions
• Strong expertise in recruitment marketing, talent sourcing, social recruiting, and candidate engagement strategies
• Ability to source, assess, and manage high volumes of candidates while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Experience developing long-term talent pipelines and workforce planning strategies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Workday
• Strong consultative, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Strong understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and shifting business needs in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment

Location: Atlanta, Scottsdale, Omaha, or St. Pete (Hybrid; 4 days onsite)

• Must be well-rounded recruiter with experience supporting a variety of labor categories


• This is not an entry-level position and requires the ability to hit the ground running immediately
