Job summary

4 Corner Resources is seeking a Recruiter for a temporary assignment in Altamonte Springs, FL, hybrid in-office on Mon, Wed, Thu and remote Tue/Fri. The recruiter will own the entire hiring process from workforce planning to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers and driving staffing plans.

The role requires 1+ years of recruiting or HR, proficiency with ATS/CRMs and MS Office, and the ability to work with AI tools. Healthcare or RPO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

4 Corner Resources is hiring a Recruiter for a temporary assignment in Altamonte Springs, FL, with potential for extension. This is a full-cycle role for a recruiter who wants to partner closely with hiring managers and own the whole hiring process, from workforce planning through onboarding.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Work with assigned hiring managers to plan staffing needs based on attrition, new business plans, and upcoming retirements
• Build recruiting strategies that keep vacancies within target levels and get new programs fully staffed by their opening dates
• Screen and interview candidates using behavioral interviewing, resume reviews, and credential assessments
• Prepare and extend offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and other incentives, and handle counteroffers
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the applicant tracking system
• Answer applicant questions about benefit plans, incentives, and company policies

Recruiter Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant work experience in place of a degree
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting CRMs
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work

Recruiter Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare and/or RPO recruiting experience
• Talent acquisition certification through HCI, NAHCR, or RACR
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or an HCI credential

Recruiter Details:

• Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
• Schedule: Hybrid. In office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Tuesday and Friday.
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Duration: Temporary assignment with potential for extension
