Job summary

The SR Group in Orlando is seeking an experienced recruiter to proactively identify and engage candidates for active client roles. You will screen, interview, and assess candidates, delivering CV sends and coordinating interviews with client-facing teams.

Responsibilities include building strong candidate pipelines, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating to understand hiring needs. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and growth opportunities within a fast-expanding US operation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, sales or customer service with external staffing agency preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
• Excellent communication, decision making and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with problem-solving mentality.
• Ability to build rapport with colleagues, candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage candidates (job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, etc.) that align to active client hiring needs.
• Screen, interview, and assess these candidates to deliver CV sends and interviews on active jobs in partnership with client facing team members.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
• Work closely with client facing recruiters to understand hiring needs and key candidate skills, maximizing the effectiveness of candidate sourcing activities.
• Ensure candidate satisfaction by providing a high level of service and exceeding expectations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our CRM system

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, sales or customer service, with a background in recruiting within an external staffing agency preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Excellent communication, decision making, and interpersonal skills
• A team player with demonstrable problem-solving mentality.
• Ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships with colleagues, candidates and, eventually, clients
