About the role

We are searching for a Recruiter‑Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 1‑year contract assignment (W‑2). The person will be an experienced recruiter who excels at finding hard‑to‑find talent and building trusted relationships. They will manage full‑cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. The role includes sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved. The recruiter will report to the onsite manager.

Location

Juno Beach, FL 33408 – onsite, 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for mid‑level roles, from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
• Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques – Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and niche roles
• Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit
• Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions
• Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations
• Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices
• Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience, ideally at agency and corporate
• Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard‑to‑reach talent
• Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike

Salary

Base salary range: $32.00/hr to $37.00/hr, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills.
