About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruiter‑Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 4‑month W‑2 contract assignment. You are an experienced Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard‑to‑find talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruitment across a variety of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You’ll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates—all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved. The position is based in Juno Beach, 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑level positions, from intake through offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing plans
• Source candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean search, social media, referrals)
• Screen candidates for technical fit
• Facilitate structured interviews and ensure consistent evaluations
• Track metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness) and adjust strategies accordingly
• Negotiate offers aligned with market data and candidate expectations
• Source talent broadly and support hiring practices that ensure a diverse and productive workforce
• Contribute to employer brand through job postings and social engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of experience, ideally at agency and corporate level
• Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard‑to‑reach talent
• Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)

Compensation

Base hourly rate: $32.00‑$37.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications and skills.
