Job summary

4 Corner Resources is seeking a Recruiter for a temporary assignment in Altamonte Springs, FL, hybrid in-office on Mon, Wed, Thu and remote Tue/Fri. The recruiter will own the entire hiring process from workforce planning to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers and driving staffing plans.

The role requires 1+ years of recruiting or HR, proficiency with ATS/CRMs and MS Office, and the ability to work with AI tools. Healthcare or RPO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience in place of a degree
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting CRMs
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to plan staffing based on attrition, new business plans, and retirements
• Develop recruiting strategies to keep vacancies within target levels
• Screen and interview candidates using behavioral interviewing and resume reviews
• Prepare and extend offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation, and incentives
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Answer questions about benefits, incentives, and company policies
