Job summary

Visium Resources, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers to develop staffing needs, build pipelines, and attract talent.

You will manage end-to-end talent acquisition, from strategy and screening to offers and onboarding, for a 3-month contract in Altamonte Springs, FL with hybrid in-office and remote days. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent with 4 years related experience) and 1+ year of recruiting/HR experience, plus ATS/CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4 years of related experience may be considered.
• 1+ years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRMs and MS Office Suite.
• Healthcare or RPO experience preferred.
• Talent Acquisition certification through HCI, NAHCR, or RACR.
• HR Certification through HCI or SHRM (SHRM-CP).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and build candidate pipelines.
• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop strategies to keep vacancies staffed for opening dates.
• Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview candidates to determine knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, including incentives and counter offers as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain records of candidate progress in the ATS.
• Policy Expertise: Maintain knowledge of benefit plans and corporate policies.
