Sanford Rose Associates Network in Inman Park, Atlanta, GA is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join their team. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with business development, helping clients identify top talent while expanding new opportunities.

You will source, screen, and present candidates, build relationships with clients and candidates, and stay informed on industry trends. The onsite office supports a fast-paced, collaborative environment with mentorship and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships with candidates and clients.
• Experience in recruiting or sales is a plus but not required.

Our client, a growing executive search firm specializing in the animal health industry, is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and driving business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for both full-cycle recruiting and business development, partnering with clients to identify top talent while expanding new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for positions within the animal health industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Conduct candidate interviews and present qualified talent to clients
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and relationship building
• Manage client relationships and gain a thorough understanding of hiring needs
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to identify top talent
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Stay informed on industry trends and market activity
• Collaborate with the team to achieve recruiting and business development goals
