Job summary

Sales Hatch is expanding and seeking a driven Sales Recruiter to join our Atlanta team. You’ll play a key role in helping businesses hire top talent while developing skills in recruiting, sales, and client management.

You’ll source candidates, interview, coordinate with clients, and manage pipelines in a fast-paced, in-office setting. This role offers uncapped commissions, health stipend, and clear career growth within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage recruiting pipelines and maintain accurate CRM and ATS records.
• Write and post compelling job advertisements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the acceptance process.

What You’ll Do
