El Paso Manual Physical Therapy is hiring a Recovery Concierge / Front Desk Coordinator for our El Paso clinic and online recovery coaching team. You’ll handle member onboarding, scheduling, and front desk operations while ensuring excellent patient support and smooth clinic flow.

The role focuses on greeting members, coordinating calendars for clinicians, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the use of our scheduling tools.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, reception, healthcare administration, fitness, coaching, or member support is ideal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow established procedures.
• Organized, personable, and good at making sure people feel taken care of.

Responsabilidades

• Greet local clients and visitors, answer phones and messages.
• Manage check-in and check-out; keep reception area organized.
• Coordinate calendars for Recovery Coaches and Physical Therapists; prepare schedules.
• Assist with onboarding and scheduling; track onboarding progress.
• Capture video testimonials from members using consent guidelines.
• Support the Recovery Coaching Department and route questions to the right team.
