All Star Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first voice a patient hears, handle check-in/out, scheduling, and insurance verification with a warm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing or patient-facing role.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients, visitors, and referral sources.
• Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and phone calls.
• Review, schedule, and follow up on referrals, updating patient records and guiding next steps.
• Keep patient flow by confirming appointments, managing waitlists, and handling cancellations.
• Collect copays and balances accurately and professionally, with basic payment tracking.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA standards in all interactions and documentation.
