Cox Automotive is seeking a Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II at our Riverside location. You will track repair progress, coordinate with maintenance and procurement, and maintain precise records to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

The role emphasizes accuracy, client communication, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues, uphold safety standards, and support upselling opportunities with strong account relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of related claims management/conflict resolution experience.
• Ability to adapt in a fluid environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Track repair progress, monitor timelines, and communicate updates to clients and teams.
• Collaborate with maintenance, reconditioning, vendor, and operations teams to initiate approved work.
• Maintain strong relationships with commercial account representatives, major clients, and vendors.
• Verify pricing and sourcing of materials with procurement and parts suppliers.
• Coordinate sales preparation for commercial accounts and collect vehicle/account information per SOPs.
• Audit work by Commercial Account Administrators and Procurement teams for accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, approvals, and completed work according to company standards.
• Serve as liaison between departments, clients, and vendors to resolve issues.
