Reception & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact; communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members via phone, email, and in person.
Record Keeping & Filing: Maintain accurate financial and business records, performing regular filing and document management.
Administrative & Accounting Support: Assist with general office, accounting, and operational tasks as needed.
Vendor & Order Coordination: Run orders, make phone calls, coordinate deliveries, and evaluate competitive vendor pricing.
Software Usage: Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Access) for data entry, documentation, and reporting.
Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple ongoing projects and assist with day-to-day planning and scheduling.
Education: Current student (Entry-level; no prior experience required).
Software Skills: Proficiency or familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
