Job description

Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week (preferred hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Duration: 1-2 month contract

We are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to support a busy office environment on a temporary basis. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while helping maintain daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet and assist clients, guests, and visitors
  • Manage conference room scheduling and ensure meeting spaces remain organized and presentable
  • Process and prepare UPS shipping labels and outgoing packages
  • Assist with incoming mail distribution
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office and breakroom supplies
  • Escalate office-related concerns and facility needs to the appropriate internal contacts
  • Provide general administrative and front desk support as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office technology
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
