Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep everything on track. Overnight shifts and frequent travel across the US are required, with mileage reimbursed

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience with leading people, projects, initiatives, or leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
