Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership. The role requires frequent travel across the US and includes overnight shifts and up to 1000 miles travel from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification.

Responsibilities

• Influence team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects, encourage collaboration among associates, and address concerns from leadership, suppliers, and staff.
• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicate plans and changes to stakeholders, and minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop associates through supervision, training, mentorship, recognition, and identifying career paths.
