Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring timely delivery within budget and high quality.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership. Frequent travel up to 1000 miles and overnight stays are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of related project management experience.
• Experience in project management, space management, store design, operations or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise hourly team members and manage escalations with store leadership.
• Travel frequently, up to 1000 miles from home, with long overnight durations.
