Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and handle escalations. This role requires frequent travel across the US, overnight work, and collaboration with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1 year PM/space/design/ops/data analysis experience.
• Or 3 years PM/space/design/ops/data analysis experience.
• Master’s degree in Business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Travel frequently up to 1000 miles and stay away 17–21 days per trip.
• Partner with store leadership to keep projects on track.
