Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will supervise hourly team members and collaborate with store leadership to keep initiatives on track. Your role involves travel up to 100% at times, overnight shifts, and partnering with store teams to develop associates while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with relevant project management knowledge.
• Experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans to stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members and manage escalations to keep projects on track.
• Travel across the US to support remodels, new stores, and special projects.
