Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will take ownership delivering store and club remodels, new stores and special projects across the US. You will ensure projects are done on time, within budget, and meet our high quality standards.

You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep everything on track. Travel across the US is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or related area.
• Or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores, including remodels, new stores, and special projects.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership.
• Travel across the US to project locations; base at a home store as needed.
