Job summary

Walmart is looking for a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. You will take ownership of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.

You will supervise hourly team members, resolve escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track. Expect overnight shifts, extensive travel up to 1,000 miles, and periods away from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned Walmart stores, including remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership.
• Communicate plans and changes to stakeholders and minimize impact on store operations.
• Travel frequently across the US; overnight stays and mileage are reimbursed.
