Job summary

Walmart US is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and high quality standards with strong collaboration with store leaders.

The role also includes supervising hourly teammates, handling escalations, and traveling up to 1000 miles for projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will attend and complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings). New JD updates for associates starting Jan 1, 2021 or after must be signed.

Responsibilities

• Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects.
• Encourage collaboration and teamwork among associates.
• Resolve store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns to reinforce teamwork.
• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
