Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the delivery of remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You'll supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. The role involves frequent travel and a home-store-based assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
