Job summary

Keolis Commuter Services in the United States is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor (Communications Supervisor) to lead day-to-day transit operations for BRTA, monitor real-time performance, and coordinate with dispatch and control center teams.

This on-site, full-time role requires at least 3 years of dispatch experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior dispatch experience in fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day transit service operations.
• Monitor service in real-time and adjust resources to address delays, disruptions, or emergencies.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, routes, and service standards.
• Coordinate with dispatch, field supervision, and control center teams.
• Issues corrective action and disciplinary records to staff as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
