Truist is seeking an experienced Technology Operations professional to support Zelle and Real-Time Payments (RTP) platforms. You will monitor processing, troubleshoot production issues, lead incident triage, and drive automation and resilience initiatives.
Collaboration across technology, operations, product, and vendors is essential to ensure availability, security, and regulatory compliance. You will develop runbooks, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to roadmaps and operational
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of technology operations experience.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, security, compliance, and risk management.
- Proven governance, planning, and operational excellence.
Responsabilidades
- Develop end-to-end knowledge of Zelle and RTP processing and support processes.
- Coordinate incident resolution, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, product, and vendor teams on changes and resilience programs.
- Contribute to runbooks, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
