Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events. You will handle live audio interactions with monitored sites, verify alarms, and coordinate rapid responses with customers and emergency services.

This role emphasizes de-escalation and decisive action in a 24/7 operations center. The position offers 8–10 hour shifts, day-1 benefits, paid vacation and sick time, and various shift differentials to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals, and verify validity of alarms.
• Document interactions and generate detailed reports on responses.
