Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an on-site Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, conduct live two-way audio interactions, and coordinate with customers and emergency services. You'll escalate, de-escalate, and document incidents across Level 1–3 responsibilities within a fast-paced SOC.

The role requires strong communication, alarm verification, and decision-making skills, with a shift structure that includes day/evening/overnight differential and generous bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during business opening/closing or at customer request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Answer inbound calls to assist with resolving, escalating, or supporting security inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and place outgoing calls to verify validity.
• Provide life safety support and dispatch to emergency personnel as needed.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed reports on alarm responses.
