Job summary

Interface Systems, LLC is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with expert decision-making and direct communication with sites and emergency personnel. The role features on-site work in our Interactive Security Operations Center, with 2:30pm–12:00am shifts and a strong emphasis on de-escalation, alarm verification, and rapid incident response.

You will handle live audio interactions, coordinate with customers and stakeholders, and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; security/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication during high-pressure situations and incidents.
• Experience with alarm verification and video monitoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual escorts to safeguard customers during opening/closing or requests.
• Communicate using two-way audio/video surveillance tech.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Verify alarm signals and document incident details.
• Provide life-safety support with timely dispatch to emergencies.
• Document interactions and generate incident reports.
• Complete required learning courses and comply with company policies.
