Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events from our state-of-the-art operations center. You will guide live responses, verify alarms, and communicate directly with monitored sites using two-way audio/video systems.

The role emphasizes rapid decision-making, de-escalation when needed, and accurate documentation. Training is provided, with comprehensive benefits and shift differentials for after-hours work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in urgent situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video systems.
• Verify alarms and respond to incidents with proper escalation.
• Answer inbound calls and assist with security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and generate incident reports.
• Provide life safety support and dispatch information to emergency services.
• Manage live audio interactions to address incidents in real time.
