Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to monitor security events in real time and manage live interactions at monitored sites. You will verify alarms, coordinate with customers and emergency services, and document incidents with precision.

The role requires effective communication, two-way audio/video operation, and the ability to de-escalate incidents swiftly in a fast-paced security operations environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure comprehensive security and life safety monitoring across levels 1–3.
• Perform remote checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Document interactions and generate detailed alarm response reports.
• Provide clear and timely dispatch and alarm communication to customers and emergency personnel.
