Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, conduct remote checks, and coordinate with customers and emergency services. You will handle live audio/video interactions, verify alarms, de-escalate threats, and document interventions in our monitoring center.

The role requires strong communication, quick decision-making, and experience with alarm verification, video monitoring, and security operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or security is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video systems.
• Verify alarms and respond with appropriate actions.
• Answer security inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.
• Document all interactions and generate incident reports.
• Coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
