Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events from our on-site office. You will handle live audio interactions, verify alarms, and guide customers and emergency personnel with authority.

The role advances from prior levels, offering greater responsibility and impact in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Training is provided, with shift hours from 1:30pm to 10:00pm and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and life-safety monitoring across three levels of responsibility (Level 1–Security, Level 2–Life Safety, Level 3–Interactive).
• Perform remote checks and virtual tours to spot vulnerabilities and unusual activities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during opening/closing or on request.
• Communicate with locations via two-way audio/video surveillance.
• Act on severity, contact customers, or request emergency services as needed.
• Handle inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Monitor and verify alarms; place calls to confirm validity.
• Verify alarms via video to confirm breaches or incidents.
• Notify designated contacts by phone per instructions.
• Provide critical life-safety support.
